99mTc-MAMA-HA与99mTcN-MAMA-HA的制备及生物性能的比较

摘    要:制备了2种脂肪酸标记物99mTc-MAMA-HA和99mTcN-MAMA-HA,改进了标记方法,放化纯均大于90%;对标记物进行了小鼠的生物分布实验,结果表明二者都有一定的心肌摄取,99mTc-MAMA-HA的心肌摄取要好于99mTcN-MAMA-HA,而后者的心肌滞留要好于前者,这说明99mTcN的引入明显改变了99mTc-MAMA-HA的生物分布.

Abstract:mTc-MAMA-HA and 99mTcN-MAMA-HA are prepared respectively with labeling yield all above 90%. The biodistribution indicates that they all show appropriate uptake in heart, and the heart uptake of 99mTc-MAMA-HA is better than that of 99mTcN-MAMA-HA. But the latter exhibits slower elimination from the heart than the former. From the result of biodistribution, it is shown obviously that the introduction of 99mTcN core affects the biodistribution behavior of 99mTc-MAMA-HA.
