中国林蛙不同部位蛋白质和氨基酸的分布

对１－３龄中国林蛙的输卵管、卵和去内脏躯体中蛋白持和氨基酸含量进行了测定比较，结果表明，各龄中国林蛙各部位都富含蛋白质和氨基酸，但不同部位的含量不同，输卵管中蛋白质和氨基酸含量相对较低，而其必需氨基酸配比明显最高，卵和去内脏躯体在氨基酸组成上有一定的相似性，不同部位的蛋白质和氨基酸含量随蛙龄变化的趋势不一样，３龄蛙越冬前后各部位蛋白质及氨基酸含量差异不显著，雌雄去内脏躯体对比也无明显差异。

Variuus organs of frog in all age groups have abundant protein and amino acid. but difff'rent content each other. The content of protein and amino acid in oviduct was lower relatively, but the amount of essential amino acids is higher than that in other organs. There is a similarity of the amino acid compositions between the egg and deviscerized body. The temporal dynamics of Protein and amino acid contents varied in different parts of the body. There is no significant difference of the content of prolein and amino acid between male and female deviscerized bodies,neither did frogs between before and after hibernation.
