摘    要:目的:进一步探讨高原训练负荷强度的掌控和机能状态的评定.方法:以我国3名优秀游泳运动员为研究对象,对其赛前3周多巴(2366米)高原训练期间血乳酸(BLA)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白细胞(WBC)、血尿素(BUN)、肌酸激酶(CK)等生理指标进行研究.每周强度课后即刻采指血,测试血乳酸(BLA)值.每周一清晨空腹取静脉血3mL测试血红蛋白(Hb)、白细胞(WBC)、血尿素(BU)、肌酸激酶(CK)值.高原初期和末期取晨空腹静脉血2mL测试睾酮(T)值.结果:由训练期间强度课的血乳酸等指标的监测可知本次训练是逐渐增加负荷强度的大强度训练.3周高原训练Hb、WBC、BUN、CK等指标呈高—低—高的变化,睾酮(T)值高原末期低于初期.结论:优秀运动员在高原低氧环境进行大强度大负荷训练是积极可行的,各项生理指标在正常的变化范围内.

Abstract:Objective. To further explore the control of the intensity and the assessment of the function- al state of the altitude training load. Method for the study. Three outstanding swimmersduring altitude training (2366 m) for three weeks , test the blood lactate (BLA), hemoglobin (Hb),white blood cell (WBC), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatine kinase (CK) and other physiological indicators. The weekly strength afterschool instantly mining refers to the blood test blood lactate(BLA) values. Fasting venous blood 3mL to test hemoglobin (Hb), white blood cell (WBC), bloodurea (BU), creatine kinase (CK) val- ues every Monday morning. Fasting blood of 2mL to testing testosterone (T) values at the beginning of xperiment and at the end of experiments. Results.Indicators monitoring blood laltate lesson by the intensi- ty of the training period we can see that the training is to gradually increase the load intensity strength training. The three weeks altitude training of Hb, WBC, BUN, CK indicators was high -- low -- high change, testosterone (T) valueslater period lower than early stage. Conclusion. Outstanding athlete in high altitude hypoxia env, ironment heavy load of high--intensity training is positive, all the physiological parameterswithin the normal range.
