摘    要:高压水射流道路交通标志线清除车是一种利用高压水射流技术清除道路废旧交通标志线的道路养护设备,辅以真空回收系统,可以在清除道路标线的同时将作业产生的废水残渣进行回收,保护环境。真空回收系统在高压水射流道路标线清除系统中具有重要作用。文章以真空回收腔为研究对象,通过模拟仿真和正交试验研究不同参数条件下真空系统的回收效果。研究表明:三个影响因素对真空系统回收率的影响大小顺序为:真空泵抽吸压力>系统射流压力>吸口离地间隙。较大的真空泵抽吸压力、较小的吸口离地间隙和较小的系统射流压力组合后可以提高系统的回收能力。

Abstract:High-pressure water jet road traffic sign line removal vehicle is a kind of road maintenance equipment using high-pressure water jet technology to remove the old road traffic sign line, assisted by vacuum recovery system, it can remove the road mark line at the same time the wastewater generated by the operation is recycled, to protect the environment. Vacuum recovery system plays an important role in high-pressure water jet road marking clearance system. In this paper, the vacuum recovery chamber is taken as the research object, and the recovery effect of the vacuum system under different parameters is studied by simulation and orthogonal experiment. The results show that the order of the influence of the three factors on the recovery rate of the vacuum system is as follows: vacuum pump suction pressure >System jet pressure >Ground clearance of suction port. The recovery ability of the system can be improved by the combination of larger vacuum pump suction pressure, smaller suction outlet ground clearance, and smaller system jet pressure.
