一般工科院校人才培养模式的总体设计研究

摘    要:论述了高等教育面向21世纪面临的机遇与挑战,分析了转化传统教育思想、改变人才培养模式应树立的8种观念.介绍了工科本科人才培养模式的总体设计研究思路、人才培养模式的概念设计、指导思想、一般工科院校的特点、工科本科生的培养目标和人才培养模式总体结构设计的主要指标.优化知识结构、重视能力培养、加强素质教育的设计原则及系列课程改革方案.人才培养模式课程体系总体结构分为:基础教育(公共基础课,人文社会科学基础课、自然科学基础课、经济管理基础课、工程技术基础课、专业基础课、工程实践基础训练);专业教育(专业课、工程实践训练)和综合教育(思想教育、军训与劳动、科技方法训练、考试、第二课堂、社会实践).提出主修工科本科、主修工科本科十跨学科辅修课程、主修工科本科十跨学科辅修专科等三种类型的人才培养方案.并提出保证人才培养质量、完善高等学校教学质量保障系统的思路.

Abstract:Opportunities and challenges in higher education towards 21 century arediscussed briefly in this article. Eight concepts that should be advocated to changetraditional education ideology and undergraduate's education model are presented.Principle of over all design, concept design, guiding ideology and main indicators ofoverall structure design for the education model of engineering undergraduates areintroduced. Features and education objectives of non-key technological universities arealso expounded . Based on principles of improving knowledge structure . paying moreattention to ability training, strengthening quality education, a new series of curricula are designed. Its structure includes elementary education, professional education andcomprehensive education. Elementary education consists of common basic comes, basiccourses for sodal & humanities, natural science , sconomic management , engineeringtechnology, specility and engineering practice training. Professional education consists ofspecialized courses and engineering practice training. Comprehensive education consistsof ideological education, military training and labour, training of science andtechnology solution, examination, extraculricullar and social practice. Three types ofundergraduate's education model are put forward in this article. They are majoring inengineering, majoring in engineering plus minoring in interdisciplinary courses . majoringin engineering plus minoring in interdisciplinary courses with diploma for there-yearcollege. Finally solutions to the model-design of quality assurance in higher educatioll,especially the establishment and perfection of teching quality assurance are discussed.
