摘    要:新型干树半潜平台抵御环境载荷能力较强,但是它对环境方向性不敏感.基于三维势流理论,建立新型干树半潜平台和外输油轮的多体系统计算模型,采用时域耦合计算方法对油轮抵达及油轮驶离半潜平台的外输作业工况进行研究,计算分析了不同风、浪、流环境条件下的外输油轮艏摇运动响应和外输系泊缆张力响应.研究结果表明:外输油轮的艏摇运动响应在非共线工况较为剧烈,而外输系泊缆在共线工况最大,且能够满足规范要求.该外输方案可以有效、安全实现新型干树半潜平台凝析油外输.

Abstract:The new dry tree semi-submersible platform has strong ability to resist environmental load, but it is not sensitive to environmental direction.Based on the three-dimensional potential flow theory, a multi-body system calculation model was established for a new type of dry tree semi-submersible platform and an offloading tanker. The time-domain coupled calculation method was used to study the conditions of the tanker arriving and leaving the semi-submersible. The yaw motion response and mooring line tension response of an offloading tanker under different wind, wave and current conditions were calculated and analyzed. The results show that the yaw motion response of the offloading tanker is more severe in cross condition, and the mooring line tension is the largest in collinear condition. And it can meet the specifications. The condensate export of the new semi-submersible platform can be realized effectively and safely by using this export scheme.
