浮头式废热锅炉工艺气传热特性的试验研究

摘    要:浮头式废热锅炉工艺气侧的传热过程属于辐射状扩缩流横向冲刷管束的强迫对流换热,这种对流换热既不同于定截面流的横向冲刷管束的换热,又不同于一般的变截面流的横向冲刷管束的换热,文中用大比例尺(M1:2)模型测定了该换热过程的对流放热系数与雷诺数间的关孔试验结果表明这种流动方式强化了对流换热过程,辐射状扩压流的放热系数比平行流横向冲刷错列管束的放热系数增加16%,而辐射状收缩流横向冲刷管束的放热系数比平行流横向冲刷错列管束的放热系数则增加40%左右。

Abstract:The heat transfer process in the gas-side of a waste heat boiler with floating end studiedin this paper is a forced convection of radial flow crossing a tube bank. This kind of heattransfer is different not only from that of a flow cross a tube bank with constant cross-sec-tion,but also from that in a variable cross-section, In this paper , the relationship betweenthe convection heat transfer coefficient and Reynolds number was measured on a large scalemodel(M1 :2).The experimental results show that the heat transfer process is enhanced bythe flow condition. The convection heat transfer coefficient of the radial flow cross tube bankin the flow slow-down region is increased by 16%more than that of a conventional flow crossa staggered tube bank, and the enhancement is up to 40%in the flow speed-up region.
