钢板坯连铸初拉阶段凝固过程数值模拟

摘    要:建立了钢板坯连铸初拉阶段的三维非稳态传热凝固模型,且实现了该过程的模拟,建立了铸坯凝固层厚度与其表面热流率间的关系,用以表达不同位置上铸坯与结晶器间的换热边界条件,用直接差分法获得了不同高度断面上宽面和窄面的凝固壳厚度及其与拉坯速度随时间变化的关系。模拟结果与实际生产结果基本吻合。

Abstract:A model for 3-Dimensional transient heat transfer and solidification has been developed in the initial stage of continuously cast steel slabs,and the process simulation has also beenrealized.The relationship between a transient heat flux passing through the slab surface andasolidifying shell thickness of slabs has been established and used as heat transfer boundarycondition in the model.By using direct finite difference method(DFDM)the solidified shellthicknesses along the center lines of narrow face and wide face of the slabs,which vary withthe withdrawal speed in the initial stage,can be calculated.The computed results of the soli-dified shell thickness at the exit of the mould are in reasonably good agreement with thosemeasured in production caster.
