CuCr真空触头材料的抗熔焊性能研究

摘    要:
测定了不同CuCr触头合金的基体强度和熔焊焊缝强度,通过扫描电子显微镜观察了其断口形貌,从而分析CuCr合金中脆性碳化物相对其抗熔焊性能的影响,讨论了碳化物相引入后CuCr合金的抗熔焊机理,同时还讨论了碳化物相对CuCr合金耐电压强度的影响。

Abstract:
In this paper,the matrix strengths and the welding strengths of different CuCr contactalloys are measured.The fracture morphologies are observed by scanning electron micro-scope. Experimental results show that the addition of carbon to CuCr alloys can improve theanti-welding property.Carbide films on the surface of Cr particles reduce the fracture stressof CuCr alloys and influence the microstructure of the welding zone,The effects of carbidefilms on the dielectrical strengths of CuCr alloys are also discussed.
