| 摘 要： | 利用Ｙｅｎ给出的极小极大小等式，在Ｈａｕｓｄｏｒｆｆ局部凸空间中研究了一类变分不等式解的存在性问题，结果分别统一，推广了广义双拟变分不等式和拟似变分不等式的解的存在性容量。

| Abstract: | An existence theorem of a kind of variational inequalities in Hausdorff locally convex topological vector space is presented in this paper by using the minimax inequality due to Yen, which unifies and extends the corresponding results on the generalized bi-quasi-variational inequalities and the quasi-vari-ational-like inequalities. |
