聚氨酯/环氧树脂共混物的形态结构与形变

摘    要:用红外光谱和扫描电镜分析了热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)/环氧树酯(EP)共混物之间的反应及其形态结构特征,发现两相间形成了互穿聚合物网络(IPN),并存在化学交联;两相的质量份数是影响IPN形态结构和形变的重要因素之一。

Abstract:In this paper,thereaction and morphological structures of TPU/EP blends have beenstudied by IR and SEM,The resuIts show that interpenetration polymer network(IPN) isformed in the blends,and there exists chemical cross-link. The mass part of the blends is animportant factor that affacts the deformation and the morphological structrue.
