| 摘 要： | 应用冷原子吸收法测定酸奶制品中痕量汞．该法操作简便，最低检出浓度达0．4μg／kg，相对偏差＜20％，经过对十余种酸奶制品进行检测，其汞含量均低于我国国标规定的乳制品中汞限量卫生标准

| Abstract: | In this paper, determination of trace mercury in sour milk by the cold atomic absorption spectrometry. The methol is simpely. The lowest determined concentration of it is 0.4μg/kg. The relative deviation＜20 %. In determined eleventh samples of sour milk, the mercury contant of them is lower than that one which have been permitted in the standard of our country. |
