微重力条件下气固两相界面耦合燃烧的数值模拟

摘    要:在建立气固两相界面耦合燃烧计算模型的基础上,对微重力条件下火焰在固相可燃物表面的蔓延过程进行了三维非稳态数值模拟.考虑气相燃烧过程的同时,对固相可燃材料也用有限差分法研究其内部的传热和热解过程,给出了体现两相耦合作用的相界面处理方法.还研究了强迫流动对微重力火蔓延的影响.为了分析对比,进行了正常重力条件下的计算.数值模拟得了微重力燃烧的一些基本特点,结果令人满意.

Abstract:Based on the numeriCal model of gas-solid phase interfacial coupling combustion, a 3-D unsteady numerical simulation of flame spreading over solid combustibles in microsravity environment is conducted. The gas-phase combustion process, and the pyrolysis and heat transfer processes in the depth of solid phase are studied with thd finite difference method. The treatment of interfacial coupling between the two phases is given here. The influence of forced flow on flame spreading is Studied. For comparative analysis, compuntations are performed for flame spreading in normal gravity. Some basic characteristics of microgravity combustion are obtained by the numerical method with satisfactory results.
