摘    要:为设计动态的信息系统运维服务策略,首先提出基于范围和波动两个维度建立信息系统应用过程的动态复杂性模型,然后引入基于信息熵的数据复杂性计算方法度量并分析信息系统的动态复杂性,并以此为依据设计相应的动态运维策略,最后通过三家样本企业进行了应用实证.结果表明:企业信息系统的动态复杂性能较为综合反映系统的应用特征和规律,基于分析结果制定的信息系统运维策略能够提高信息系统运维服务的效率.研究信息系统动态复杂性及其运维策略有助于指导企业推动IT与业务相融合的运维服务实践.

Abstract:In order to design dynamic IS operation & maintenance (ISO&M) strategy, a dynamic complexity model that is composed of scale and fluctuation complexity is firstly brought forward from the perspective of IT use. Second, information entropy is used to measure and analyze the dynamic complexity of information system, which can be used to design dynamic ISO&M strategy. Third, an empirical study is conducted in three manufacturing firms. The results indicate that dynamic IS complexity is a comprehensive indicator for measuring the IS dynamics and users' behavior, and can be effectively used to develop the dynamic strategy for ISO&M. IS dynamic complexity and dynamic ISO&M strategy can provide firms with the guidelines for aligning ISO&M practice with business dynamics.
