摘    要:天车是重工业中不可缺少的吊运设备,天车调度对化解天车冲突,增加搬运效率具有非常重要的作用.采用RESTART(repetitive simulation trials after reaching thresholds)方法,通过仿真优化天车调度.建立了天车冲突预测模型,将天车冲突分为4种类型并分别建立了冲突处理方法.以最小化调运周期为目标,建立了天车RESTART仿真调度方法,建立了仿真调度流程,通过枚举天车分配方案寻找局部最优调度.开发了天车仿真调度系统,通过实例对以上方法进行了验证.

Abstract:Crane is the critical material handling facility in heavy industry. Crane scheduling is very important to avoid crane interfere and improve productivity. RESTART (repetitive simulation trials after reaching thresholds) is used to optimize scheduling by simulation. Crane interfere forecasting model is presented, crane interfere is classified into 4 types and crane scheduling approach to avoid interfere is proposed. With the goal of minimizing makespan, simulation flowchart is presented based on RESTART, and local optimal solution can be reached by enumeration during simulation. Finally, simulation system for crane scheduling is developed, experiments validated all the work above.
