| 摘 要： | 报导了用降低温度的方法延长河蟹抱卵期的胚胎发育时间，从而达到保存后期育苗亲蟹的目的：结果显示：从眼点期至幼体孵出所需时间为：水温约１９℃需７天，水温约１６℃需１１天，水温约８℃需２４天。在河蟹早期育苗过程中用鳗净和磺胺类抗菌素进行水体消毒，使Ｚ１至Ｚ２变态成活率达８０％以上。
