摘    要:依据分子理论,液体分子在外力减小到一定限度内,分子斥力变为分子引力,从而使过热液化气体汽化存在反应滞后的现象,是液化气体失压发生BLEVE现象的条件.利用实验测定过热水暴沸反应的时间.采用电磁阀控制压力容器泄放管泄压,模拟发生泄漏.对采集的压强变化数据进行分析,确定过热水发生BLEVE现象的滞止时间.实验测定过热水滞止时间约为0.500 s.

Abstract:According to the molecular theory, when the force outside the liquid molecule reduces to certain limits, intermolecular repulsion becomes molecular attraction, which leads to reaction lag during the liquefied gas vaporization, and it is a condition for liquefied gas decompression to form BLEVE phenomenon. We used electromagnetic valve to control pressure blow-off pipe to release the pressure in the vessel, stimulated the process of leaking and analyzed the collecting data on intensity of pressure changes, therefore, to make sure the stagnation time of BLEVE phenomenon produced by superheated water. The experimental determination of superheated water stagnation time is 0.500s.
