| 摘 要： | 蜂窝移动网络中存在的用户重拨现象对网络的性能有较大影响，在重拨情况下，当本地呼叫与切换呼叫服务速率不同时，系统模型非常复杂，通过将到达流分解成各次重拨过程，使分析模型得到简化，并给出求解简化模型的迭代算法，数值分析结果表明，系统阻塞率性能随允许重拨次数的增加而显著降低。

| Abstract: | This paper simplified the system model by dividing the arrival process into some sub-processes with various retrial times, and a numerical iterative algorithm for the simplified model was presented. The numerical results showed that the system performance was reduced with the increase of the allowed retrial times. |
