黑心可锻铸铁热处理节能新工艺

Abstract:A test conducted in an electric furnace reveals that there is an inherent shortest cycle and optimum technology curve for the blackheart malleable iron during the first stage graphitization.For the coal dust fired the movable hearth box annealing furnace is actually used in regular production,and a new energy ecomomization technique,that is,the high temperature back up technique (including the low temperature one)has been proposed.Practical production operations prove this new heat treatment technique feasible,effective and therefore highly recommendable for wide use.
