摘    要:对甲酚氧化制备对羟基苯甲醛是以树脂负载Co3O4为催化剂,用空气为氧化剂进行的非均相催化控制氧化反应,筛选出了优良的催化剂载体,优化得到最佳反应条件。所制备的催化剂具有良好的催化活性和寿命,在最佳反应条件下对甲酚的转化率达90%醛的选择性为91%。通过动力学研究建立了反应的速率方程,并求出反应的表观活化能和指前因子。

Abstract:The liquid phase heterogeneous catalytic oxidation of p cresol to p hydroxybenzaldehyde by air is studied using cobaltosic oxide carried on resin as catalyst.In this paper,the suitable carriers of catalyst are selected and the optimal reactive condition is determined.The prepared catalyst gives a good catalytic activity and satisfactory useful life.The conversion of p cresol and the selectivity of the product,p hydroxybenzaldehyde,under the optimal reactive condition,were 90% and 91% respectively.By the research on the kinetics of the reaction,the reaction rate equation is established and the activation energy is obtained.
