耐磨损抗裂堆焊焊条的最优化设计

摘    要:采用试验优化技术建立了堆敷金属性能与其药皮组分间的数学模型,并采用WMCAD法研制出一种综合性能优良的堆焊焊条。该焊条耐磨性好,抗裂性高,焊前免预热,可广泛应用于铸钢、轧辊和阀门的堆焊,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:A mathematical model is established of properties of the overlaying metal and the compositions of the coating by experimental optimizing design.A new type of overlay electrode with excellent synthetical properties is developed by WMCAD in this paper.The electrode has a high resistance to wear and crack.This electrode can be used to weld casting steel,overlay the worn steel mill rollers and valve parts without preheating.It has high economical and social benefits.
