| Abstract: | The 15th college conference divided the colleges into two types:post office educational college and cadres academic educational college.The post office educational college will be the main body of the army college education.Facing the new situation,new task and new requirement,it has become the urgent problem about how to consturct the office educational and teaching system in junior command academy scientifically. |
