摘    要:基于可见-近红外反射光谱计算透明基底上单层纳米薄膜光学常数的基因算法(GA),可以用整体的最小量快速而准确地找到根,而不过分依赖于初始条件.

Abstract:Genetic algorithm(GA) is proposed for the calculation of the optical constants of a thin layer upon a thick finite transparent substrate only from the reflection spectrum into the visible and near infrared regions.A particular interest of this method is that it finds the roots fast and very accurately using global minimum.
