铁基粉末烧结热锻材料的组织和性能

摘    要:对比研究了两种不同成分铁基粉末烧结材料和粉末烧结热锻材料的显微组织和机械性能。结果表明,粉末烧结热锻材料综合机械性能显著高于粉末烧结材料。粉末烧结热锻材料的显微组织近似致密组织,密度可达7.60—7.70g/cm^3;表观硬度增加约50%;摩擦学特性显著提高。

Abstract:Microstructures and properties of two iron-base sintered materials, both with and without forging were comparatively studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of the forged (materials) are far better than the sintered ones. The microstructures of the forged (materials) are close to compact structures; their density reached 7.60~7.70 g/cm~3; their apparent hardness HRB increased by about 50%; and their tribological characteristics remarkably improved.
