物理场在蔗糖结晶过程中的作用研究

摘    要:利用工业结晶过程的粒数恒算原理进行分析后指出,制糖工业结晶过程中的晶体粒度分布明显受到过饱和精液物理场的影响。本论文通过一套可检测晶体生长速率和计算物理场的连续结晶系统证实了这一学术观点。由此可知,为了使得晶体群获得良好的粒度分布,就应该重视结晶设备中精液物理场的作用。

Abstract:On the basis of population balance in industrial crystallization, it is pointed out that the crystal size distribution (CSD) is remarkably influenced by the physical fields of supersaturated sugar solution in indtistrial sucrose coptallization. Such a point of view is then verified with a continuous crystallization system in which the groWth rate of sucrose Crystal could be measured and the physical fields of the supersaturated sugar solution could be calculated. Therefore it is necessary to consider the phySical fields of the sugar solution in a cryStallizer in order to get the better CSD of the mass cryStals.
