| Abstract: | The economic development,opening and reform in minority areas have extensively affected the ideological and political work in agricrhural colleges of the areas.Environments of ideological and political work have changed,so have students' ideas and behavious.Therefore, we must improve our understanding of the urgency and importance,and actively explore new ways of ideological and political work to meet the needs of training cross century successors and constructors. |
