| 摘 要： | 中国封建社会的管理思想是在儒、法两家管理思想的冲突与融合中逐步形成的，在理论上儒、法两家的思想尖锐对立，但在长期的实践中却互相融合、互为补充，形成了以儒家学说为主体，兼融法家学说的独特的封建社会管理思想。

| Abstract: | Managerial conception in China's feudal society is gradually established in the process of conflict and merge of Confucianism and Legalism. Theoretically, the two conceptions are in sharp contrast, but in the long history of China, they are merged and supplemented each other in practice, forming a special managerial conception in feudal society with Confucianism as its main body, supplemented by Legalism. |
