| 摘 要： | 随着干部人事制度改革不断深化,干部选拔任用工作出现了新的特点和新的问题。就新时期的干部选拔任用工作进行了认真分析思考,提出目前干部选拔任用的基本条件,并对如何以科学发展观为指导积极推进干部选拔任用工作提出建议。
