军校学员时间管理倾向与成就动机的相关研究

该研究采用时间管理倾向（TMD）问卷和成就动机问卷（AMS）的方式，对265名军校学员进行了测试。结果表明，军校学员的时间管理倾向与其成就动机存在显著相关关系。其中，时间管理各因子与追求成功的动机存在显著正相关，与避免失败的动机存在显著负相关。军校学员高时间管理倾向者的成就动机水平明显高于低时间管理倾向者。因此，军校学员的时间管理倾向可能是影响其成就动机的一个重要因素。

The relationship between time management disposition and achievement motivation of undergraduates in military academies

According to time-management disposition （TMD） scale and achievement motivation scale （AMS）, 255 undergraduates in military academies are investigated. The result shows that there is a relationship between undergraduates′ time management disposition and their achievement motivation, at the same time, the three dimensions of time management disposition have a positive correlation with the drive of seeking success and a negative correlation with the motivation of avoiding failure. The result alsoshows that the students who get a high TMD score have good achievement motivation, and the student.who get a low TMD score have had achievement motivation. So we consider time management disposition as an important factor influencing undergraduates′ achievement motivation in military academy.
