| 摘 要： | 信息化是一把双刃剑，为军队院校人文素质教育既带来了积极的影响，又带来了一系列适应性的问题。只有转变教育观念，充分利用信息化条件，彰显信息资源的人文价值，加强信息化校园文化建设，才能使人文素质教育适应信息化的时代背景，培养出时代需要的复合型人才。
