| Abstract: | Risk management of national economy mobilization is not only an important theoretical problem but a realistic one. This paper begins with analyzing the necessity of its implementation, then researches the main characteristics of its risk management as well as the important steps in putting it into execution, and finally proposes several primary countermeasures on how to strengthen its risk management. |
