| 摘 要： | 军队院校本科教学工作水平评估方案中，设定了“特色项目”，并明确规定，评估结论为优秀的院校必须“特色鲜明”，从而推动了军队院校认识、总结、提升自己的办学特色。在这一过程中，要把握住办学特色的内涵和特征；加深对办学宗旨、定位和特色的思考；明确培育和提升办学特色的途径，站在战略的高度，总结和创建办学特色。

| Abstract: | There are some characteristic projects included in the undergraduate teaching evaluation schemes in a military academy. It is prescribed that an academy can＇t be evaluated as excellence unless it has some brilliant features. Considering from this point, the evaluation improves the cognition of running a school. In the process of evaluation, the connotation and the characteristics of running an academy must be held. Also the reflections on the tenet and the orientation must be deepened. The approaches of upgrading the characteristics of running a military academy are clarified with a target foresight. |
