| Abstract: | The filial duty was regarded as the number one of the all kinds of morality and as the cornerstone of the Confucian ethics of humanities.In this paper,after elaborating the thought of the filial duty of the pre-Qin Confucian School,the writer has analyzed active factors of the thought of the filial duty which have far-reaching social,realistic and guiding significance to reinforce socialist spiritual civilization,improve the quality of citizens' morality and promote the harmonious development of the society. |
