摘    要:以淮南平圩电厂的粉煤灰为原料,采用以水为介质的湿法分选工艺,从中分选得到漂珠和沉珠,并对其化学成分及密度进行了测定。实验结果表明,淮南平圩电厂的粉煤灰颗粒细、碳及氧化铁含量低,是一种优质的粉煤灰资源。淮南平圩电厂二级粉煤灰中漂珠含量较高,为1.33%~2.45%,分选漂珠应选用二级粉煤灰为原料。漂珠的堆密度小、孔容积大,SiO2富集在漂珠中,其重量百分比含量高达64%,是中空的玻璃体结构,可作为一种良好的保温材料而使用。

Abstract:The authors separated the floating micro-sphere and sinking micro-sphere from fly ash obtained from Pingwei Power Station by water floatation process. The chemical components of the micro-spheres were analyzed. The densities of micro-spheres were measured as well. The results show that the fly ash obtained from Pingwei Power Station is a good resource for its characteristics such as small particle diameter, less carbon content and iron oxide content. It can be used as a micro-sphere material in many fields. The content of the floating micro-sphere in the fly ash of Pingwei Power Station is between 1.33%~2.45%, which is higher than that of any other fly ash.
