| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村离不开金融支持。因此，改善农村金融生态环境，重构农村金融体系就显得格外重要。本文阐释了当前我国农村金融服务滞后的原因，提出重构农村金融体系，为新农村建设提供更有力金融支持的建议。
