20世纪90年代兴起的彼得·圣吉的学习型组织理论在我国广泛传播,深得现代管理学界的好评.教师作为幼儿园教育的主体之一,对幼儿园教育的发展起着关键性的作用,对幼儿园教师管理的研究和探讨也就成为人们所关注的焦点.
