基于人力资本视角的贵州省农村剩余劳动力转移研究

随着我国经济的快速发展,城镇化进程加快,越来越多的农村剩余劳动力向城市转移。而农村剩余劳动力顺利转移的核心问题在于农村人力资本含量的高低。农村剩余劳动力文化知识欠缺、专业技术缺失等人力资本问题严重阻碍了农村剩余劳动力的转移。必须从人力资本视角出发,不断提高农民教育水平、增加政府投入与培训、建立健全劳动力市场机制,为顺利实现劳动力转移提供保障。

Research on Rural Surplus Labor Transfer of Guizhou Province Based on the Perspective of Human Capital

With the rapid development of China＇s economy, the urbanization process accelerated, making more and more surplus rural labor to cities. And the core problem of the rural surplus labor transfer smoothly is the content of rural human capital. Rural surplus labor lack cultural knowledge, lack of professional technology and human capital problem seriously hinder the transfer of rural surplus labor. This article is from the perspective of human capital, through the research pointed out that raising farmers＇ education level, increase government investment and increase training, establish and improve the labor market mechanism is required to provide guarantee for achieving labor transfer.
