摘    要:通过对一大型电站凝汽器及一模型凝汽器的准三维数值仿真,研究了管束阻力对凝汽器真空、压降、壳侧换热系数分布的影响.采用3种典型关系式对管束阻力影响的敏感性进行了分析,将模型凝汽器的压降及电站凝汽器的热流密度的计算结果与相关试验数据进行了对比.结果表明,管束阻力对凝汽器的真空和压降有较大影响,对凝汽器壳侧换热系数的分布也有一定影响.

Abstract:A quasi three dimensional numerical investigation was carried out to determine the effects of flow resistance force of tube bundle on the vacuum, pressure drop and shell side heat transfer coefficient distribution in condenser. The numerical simulation was carried on a large power plant steam condenser and a one dimensional condenser model using the distributed resistance method based on the concept of volumetric porosities. Three typical expressions are used to analyze the sensitivity of flow resistance force of tube bundle on the simulation of condenser performance. Comparison between the predicted results with different flow resistance expressions and the experimental data were made in terms of the pressure drop for the condenser model and the local heat flux distribution for the power plant condenser. It shows that the flow resistance force of tube bundle has obvious effects on the vacuum and pressure drop of condenser, and also has a little effect on the shell side heat transfer coefficient. The comparative results provide the bases to establish the correct flow resistance model of tube bundle in numerical simulation of condenser.
