| 摘 要： | 我国的资产证券化已开始进入实际操作阶段,根据证券化资产应满足的条件和我国具体的市场、法律、制度环境来选择合适的资产作为证券化的切入点。而我国资产证券化的基础还十分脆弱,因此目前实行资产证券化的关键是完善资产证券化的市场环境和制度条件。

| Abstract: | The asset-backed securitization has begun to enter actual operating stage in China, according to the conditions which the asset should satisfy and the concrete environment of market, law and system, we should select suitable asset as the entrance of the securitization. However, the base of the asset-backed securitization is still frail, so that the key is to perfect the environment of market and system of the asset-backed securitization nowadays. |
