| 摘 要： | 运用重量法对青海藏羊、细毛羊不同性别羊只羊毛上、中、下三段中的含硫量进行了测定。结果表明:两品种羊毛的含硫量范围在2 28%～3 04%,且羊毛不同区段的含硫量分布具有一定的规律性;青海藏羊羊毛中段的含硫量较高,上段较低,下段居中;青海细毛羊羊毛中段的含硫量较高,下段较低,上段居中。品种内同性别羊只羊毛上、中、下三段的含硫量水平均无显著差异(P>0 05)。

| Abstract: | Sulfur content of three section wool(head-section,middle-section and end-section) in Qinghai tibetan sheep and fine-wool-sheep were detemined on different sex by using method of weight.The results showed that sulfur content in wool was 2.28% to 3.04%,and that had trend,such as sulfur con-(tent) in the wool of Qinghai tibetan sheep was highest in the middle-section and lowest in the head-section,and that of Qinghai fine-wool-sheep was highest in the middle-section and lowest in the end-section,sulfur content of same breed and same sex sheep were no significant different(P>0.05%). |
