基于ANSYS升降台的低速轴有限元分析

摘    要:
以铜包装生产线液压升降台的低速轴为研究对象,用三维软件Pro/E建立三维模型,将三维模型导入ANSYS建立有限元模型对低速轴进行线性静力分析和模态分析,分析轴的变形及应力分布情况,找出变形及应力最大位置,提出轴的改进方案,提高方案设计的可靠性。

Abstract:
The copper production hydraulic lifting platform of low-speed axial as the object of study is took out.The axis's 3-D entity model in Pro/E is established,then imported the model into finite element software ANSYS.The linear static analysis and model analysis are carried to grasp the distortion characteristic and stress distribution situation of the foundation,find the deformation and stress of maximum position,proposed the axis of the improvement plan,improved the reliability of the design.
