浅谈手足口病的社区防控

手足口病是一类多发于5岁以下婴幼儿人群的传染性疾病。该病患儿的临床症状通常较轻,主要表现在手、足、口出现疱疹或皮疹,也有可能引发呼吸道炎症、肺水肿、心肌炎以及无菌性脑膜炎等病症。极个别患儿若病情发展十分迅猛,且处理不及时,可致死。因此,为有效预防控制手足口病在社区中流行,切实保护广大群众,尤其是儿童身体健康和生命安全,创造良好的社会发展环境,我社区自2008年至今在手足口病的防控方面取得了突出成绩。具体体现在以下几方面。

Community Prevention and Control of HFMD

Foot and mouth disease is a type more often in infants under the age of five populations of infectious diseases.The clinical symptoms of the disease is usually mild in children,mainly in the hands,feet,mouth sores or rash occurs,it may lead to airway inflammation,pulmonary edema,myocarditis,and aseptic meningitis and other illnesses. If very few children with very rapid progression of the disease,and the treatment is not timely,can be deadly.Therefore＇for effective prevention and control of foot and mouth disease epidemic in the community to ensure the protection of the masses,especially children＇s health and safety,and create a good social environment for development,the community has made in my hand,foot and mouth disease prevention and control since 2008 outstanding achievements.Embodied in the following aspects.
