| 摘 要： | 经济效用是法律的价值之一,在分配有限的刑事被害人国家补偿金时也应该考虑其经济效用。我国目前还没有建立统一的刑事被害人国家补偿制度,相关的法律制度也未涉及具体的补偿金额。现运用消费者均衡理论来研究如何分配国家有限的补偿资金,使每个被害人能获得最大的经济效用,提高其满足度,进而实现社会和谐。
