摘    要:在GSM/GPRS(全球通 /通用分组无线业务 )网络中 ,话音业务和分组数据业务是同时存在的 ,因此 ,在无线信道资源分配上具有竞争特性。但与传统的话音业务相比 ,GPRS数据业务具有突发性和不连续传输等特点 ,同时GPRS信道采用了统计复用和多时隙捆绑技术 ,因此GPRS话务量分析与传统的GSM话音业务有较大的区别。利用具体的话务模型 ,对GSM /GPRS系统的容量进行的分析计算结果表明 ,在满足一定呼损率和业务质量的条件下 ,GPRS的引入可以大大提高GSM系统的无线资源利用率

Abstract:The speech service coexists with the data service in the combined system of global system for mobile and general packet radio service (GSM-GPRS), which leads to competition on the distribution of wireless channel. However, compared with the traditional GSM system, the GPRS system has the characteristics of burst, discontinuousness, statistic multiplexing and multi-timeslot binding. Thus the capacity analysis of GPRS differs greatly from the traditional GSM system. The capacity calculation shows that the utilization of radio frequency can be improved dramatically by introducing GPRS for a specific traffic loss probability.
