| Abstract: | Developing non-coal industries in coal industry cities in the historic necessity,while it needs certain social system ang environments. In this paper, state some policies in such as investment, taxation, social insurance, retirement, science and technology development, environmental protection and so on. All of these should be taken as the referenees for the government to develop non-coal industries. |
