| 摘 要： | 房地产行业在我国已经取得了很大的发展。由于房地产行业缺乏规范导致房地产行业无序发展，房地产行业市场准入门槛低，二级市场缺乏活力等问题较为突出。我们应该抓住房地产行业的发展机遇，尽快完善并严格执行房地产开发企业资质管理政策法规，努力促进其健康有序地发展，保持国民经济平稳快速增长。
