| 摘 要： | 温岭的＂民主恳谈＂如今已发展成为基层民主的重要形式,以参与民主理论加以考察,它也是参与民主的一种实践,对当代中国的民主政治建设具有重大意义。但作为中国转型时期政治的特殊产物,以完善的参与民主标准来衡量,＂民主恳谈＂还存在一些不完美的地方。对照参与民主的理想,文章找到一些完善＂民主恳谈＂和推进我国基层民主政治建设的具体途径。

| Abstract: | Wenling ＂Democratic Talkfest＂ has developed into an important form of grassroots democracy.In the view of participatory democracy,it is also a kind of democracy practice in China today.But there are still some deficiency in ＂Democratic Talkfest＂.In this article we have recommended some specific ways to promot Chinese grass-roots democracy. |
