| 摘 要： | 在国际货物买卖中，风险转移是一个非常重要的问题。本文以《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》、英国《货物买卖法》、美国《统一商法典》为例，认真分析了三者之间的异同，以期对我国的商家从事国际货物买卖有一些帮助，对我国的立法者进行有关国际货物买卖方面的立法提供一些借鉴之处。

| Abstract: | Passing of risk is a very important part in international sale of goods. This article is taking the UNCISG, UK Sales Act and US UCC as examples. Through eomparation, the author is trying to analyze the sameness and differenees of them, which might be helpful for Chinese merchants and legislators engaged in international sale of goods. |
