光固化快速成型树脂涂层厚度的研究

摘    要:介绍了光固化成型中的树脂涂层厚度的控制问题,从理论和实际上论证了涂层过程中影响树脂涂层厚度的主要因素是刮板间隙,流道内的压力降以及涂层速度。研究结果显示,由于树脂流道内的压力降很小,因此涂层速度及树脂粘度的变动对涂层厚度的影响也很小。在涂层过程中,对涂层厚度影响最大的因素为刮板间隙,在刮板间隙上于10倍涂层厚度的情况下,涂层厚度接近于间隙大小的1/2,其波动将影响涂层质量及成型过程。根据实验结果,对刮板间隙进行了优化,结果显示涂层厚度偏差的平方和达到最小值。

Abstract:The control of the resin recoating thickness is discussed and the key influencing factors on the thickness are verified theoretically and experimentally. The factors include blade spacing, pressure drop in the resin flowing path, and recoating speed. The results show that the recoating speed and resin viscosity have little influence on the thickness owing to the negligible pressure drop. The blade spacing has the most important influence on the recoating process, and the thickness is about a half of the spacing value under the condition that the spacing is smaller than 10 times of the recoating thickness. At the same time, the fluctuation of the recoating layer thickness influences the recoating quality and fabricating process. The blade spacing is then optimatized according to experimental results, making the square sum of the thickness error smallest.
