| 摘 要： | 通过对我省成品油市场供求矛盾的分析,阐述了石油资源与经济发展的关系,指出了广辟石油资源渠道,建立多元化石油供应体系;建立石油战略储备,降低石油短缺和中断的风险;大力提倡节油,调整经济结构,提高能源利用效率等稳定成品油供应的策略.

| Abstract: | The relation between oil resource and economic development is presented by analyzing conflict of supply and demand in finished oil market of Zhejiang. Such strategies as opening up oil resource widely, establishing the system of oil supply in pluralism, building up petroleum strategic reserve, minimizing the risk of the oil shortage or cease, calling for oil saving greatly, restructuring of the economy, and increasing efficiency in energy utilization, are suggested for stabilizing finished oil supply. |
